Ted Cominos is a Chicago attorney, and a partner in the firm
Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. A native of California, he attended the University of
California at Davis, and went on to the Monterey College of Law. He later
attended the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he received his
Master of Business Administration in International Management. Ted Cominos is known for
his strong commercial and financial acumen, and has advised numerous companies
in cross-border corporate, capital and tax structures and complex international
mergers and acquisitions.
